David Barton Lies About Me

On October 25, 2008, I attended a presentation given by Christian nationalist historical revisionist David Barton,
and gave him a copy of my book.
On January 16, 2009, I became the subject of a segment on Barton's radio show,
in which he lied about me, my book, and our encounter at his presentation.
This video is about the lies Barton
told about both me and American history on his radio show, as well as the lies he told in the presentation that
I attended in October.

This is a long video, split into nine segments. The first four segments are primarily about what Barton said on
his radio show, with a few of the lies from his presentation thrown in where they relate to the radio show segment.
The last five segments debunk a number of other lies from the presentation itself.

(Note on segment #8: At the time I made this video in March 2009, I did not know what document David Barton
was claiming as his evidence that Thomas Jefferson dated his presidential documents "In the year of our Lord
Christ." I have since found out what this document is, and a full explaination and debunking of Barton's claim can
be found in the newer video on my homepage titled "No, Mr. Beck, Jefferson Did Not Date His Documents "In the
Year of Our Lord Christ.")
